Are there additional offers?
In the ArenaVita high quality solariums are available which guarantee healthy tanning.
A visit to the ArenaVita can be ideally combined with a relaxing stay in the bathing and sauna area of the Caracalla Spa, with a bathing session in the historic Friedrichsbad or with the beauty and wellness treatments in CaraVitalis.Is there a sauna?
The members of ArenaVita have the possibility to enjoy the bathing and sauna area of the Caracalla Spa at least once a week. This is included in the membership fee.
Day visitors can buy a combined ticket for the Caracalla Spa and the ArenaVita. More information can be found in the section Opening Times & Prices

In the ArenaVita you can relax in between your fitness activities in the ArenaVita reception area. Hot and cold drinks will satisfy your thirst and healthy fitness bars or freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices will give you the necessary strength.
In the same building you can enjoy delicious dishes, in our SpaRestaurant.

There is an underground car park with 250 spaces underneath the Caracalla Spa where the ArenaVita is located. Users of our facilities pay a reduced rate of €0.50 per hour for the first two hours. Each further hour costs €1. ArenaVita members can park free of charge for the first three hours when using our facilities. Discounts are booked directly from your ArenaVita chip.

The ArenaVita is located in the same building as the Caracalla Spa, Römerplatz 1 in Baden-Baden.

Directions / Parking >>Do I have to bring sports clothes?
Please bring both sports clothes and sports shoes with you for your training session in the ArenaVita. In addition, you should also have a towel with you to use as an underlay when training on the exercise machines or when partaking in courses.
Is there nutritional advice?
In the ArenaVita we focus on your fitness and your health. Food is very much a part of this as you can only use your energy to its full potential if you eat the right things.
Therefore the ArenaVita offers its TopVitalty members exclusive nutritional advice. Please make an appointment beforehand.

Yes, our team of instructors made up of licensed fitness trainers, physical education graduates and physiotherapists are always present and will gladly offer advice. A special part of our TopVitality system are the regular training talks that take place between you and a fitness trainer. Your success is our motivation! We'll provide valuable tips, arrange appointments and make sure that you feel comfortable and at ease in our fitness studio.
What are the prices for the different types of membership for the ArenaVita?
Whether you wish to train occasionally or regularly, the ArenaVita Premium Fitness Club has a variety of offers to suit everyone. All prices can be found on the price list.
