VIBRAFIT medic is a vibrating training platform that is suitable as an all body training for classes by age and power classes. In just 10 minutes the entire body is trained.
The platform produces special vibrations and transfers them to the body. This vibration training promotes blood circulation without major physical exertion and effectively trains nearly all the muscle fibres, including difficult to reach muscle groups (e.g. the pelvic floor and deep back muscles).
Vibration training originally stems from space research. Many scientific studies have been carried out since then on the effectiveness of vibration training.
